Reactor Erection, Testing and Commissioning

Erection, testing and commissioning of EHV reactors that manage reactive power on long transmission lines.

Where it applies:: 765 kV transmission substations and switchyards.
Equipment and testing:: Oil processing, vacuum treatment and electrical test routine.

Transformer Overhauling, Maintenance and Site Repair

Planned and breakdown overhaul, maintenance and on site repair of power transformers and reactors.

Where it applies:: In-service and faulty units at utility and plant sites.
Equipment and testing:: Mobile oil and dry air plant for site work.

Transformer Oil Filtration (with BDV and PPM testing)

Processing and purification of insulating oil to restore dielectric strength and remove moisture.

Where it applies:: Transformers up to 765 kV and large capacity units.
Equipment and testing:: 12 / 6 KL filtration plant with BDV (breakdown voltage) and PPM (moisture) test kit.

HT and LT Cable Laying, Cable Tray and Panel Installation

Laying of high and low tension cables, cable trays and installation of distribution panels.

Where it applies:: Substations, switchyards and plant electrical systems.

Substation and Switchyard Erection

Civil and electrical erection of substation and switchyard equipment and structures.

Where it applies:: New build and extension of EHV substations.

Overhead Line and Tower Erection

Erection of transmission towers and stringing of overhead lines.

Street Lighting and High Mast Installation
